Materials used :
Deer Creek Lazer Dub in White, Dun and Blue
Dumbbell of your Choice to ensure hook Rides point up
Danvilles Flat Waxed Nylon 210 Denier
Deer Creek Eyes
Deer Creek Flex Resin
Partridge of Redditch CS 45 in 2/0
Using a Bed of Thread and Securing the Dumbbell to Ensure the Point Rides up
Attaching the Barred Zonker Using Some Thread and a Touch of Resin Over the Thread
Taking the Lazer Dub and Placing it Across the Hook Like so and Securing with Thread
Moving it Back and Securing the Front with Thread
Brushing the Lazer Dub, Starting at the Tip and Working Back to Front to Not Pull Out to Much Material
Again Laying the Dub Across the Hook like so, White and Dun Used Here
As Before Tie the Front in to Secure and Brush
Moving Along the Hook Keeping the White for the Bottom and Dun for the Top
Brushing as you Build it Layer After Layer
Now the Dun is Going On Either Side not on Top
Take Your Time Keep it Neat
White Now Front to Back
Time for the Blue Across the Hook
Keep Brushing With Each New Bit of Material
Dun on the Sides, White on the Bottom
Blue on the Top, Front to Back
Keep them Separate, Ensure you are Happy with the Positioning Before securing Down
As you Tighten Check for Slippage of the Material and Adjust
Once at the Eye Area of the Hook ...
Tie in the Lateral Line Either Side
Thread Cone in Front and Whip Finish
Secure Eyes with Resin and Get out the Black Marker for the Lines
